Gregory O’Gallagher, more popularly known as Kinobody through his Instagram handle, is an influencer who has made great strides in the world of fitness in recent times. O’Gallagher claims to have helped transform thousands of people into “Movie Star Shape.”
The 32-year-old fitness influencer is the creator of Kino Mojo, an all-natural supplement that helps in boosting one’s Testosterone level. However, this time, the fitness influencer chose to talk about Tequila being a good beverage for one’s gut health. Despite the influencer’s revelation, fitness enthusiasts did not take kindly to the advice.
Gregory O’Gallagher talks about Tequila’s probiotic properties
In his recent Instagram reel video, O’Gallagher called Tequila the healthiest of all alcoholic beverages and talked about how it has high amounts of agavins which have probiotic properties. He explained, “It’s clear that live bacteria is more beneficial than non viable probiotics… but interestingly enough – research shows non viable probiotics can still offer health benefits.”
On the other hand, O’Gallagher also went on to advise that he only advocated for “a couple of drinks” and cautioned against going overboard. He also pointed out that non-viable probiotics, which are seen in Tequila, can have several other health benefits. He then instructed that if one plans to get some of the drink, they must make sure to get mezcal or 100% pure agave tequila.
However, this piece of advice did not sit right with the fitness world. O’Gallagher was highly criticized for spreading such counsel and advocating such wrong beliefs.
